What is a SOSA?

Special Olympics Service Ambassadors (SOSAs) are part-time United Airlines employees who support with welcoming United customers in the airport lobby area, helping them find check-in kiosks, where to drop bags, how to find the TSA pre-check line, and assisting at the gates with Agent On Demand assistance, and way-finding of connection gates and where baggage claim is located.
